Due to the nature of the products we sale, Ceed Wellness does not process returns or refunds. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 10 days to make a claim regarding damages or receipt of incorrect item. You will need to send photos of your packing slip, along with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to ceedaroma@gmail.com. Someone will respond to your inquiry within 5-7 business days to sort out any issue you might have.
